Where oh where is 2011 going?  It’s hard to believe that a near 11 months has flown by like a whirl-wind, forcing me to stare 2012 in the face, like a blinking contest.. who will blink first. 

I assure you, it won’t be me ;)

This past year has taught me so much about strength and possibility. Fear and perseverance. Love and its overwhelming pull. Gratitude and forgiveness – both on the giving and receiving end.  This year has been a year of character building – and the plain truth, is that I love who I have become. For the first time in my 26 years, I’m more than comfortable in my own skin. I’m alive.  


This is a good thing, (obviously.. but let me explain) It’s a good thing, because it allows me to not only celebrate with my clients – but to feel what they’re feeling. I get just as excited about that very moment she see’s her man at the altar. I cry just as many tears as he does as she makes her way into his arms.  If I gave into my insecurities and self-doubt, I may as well be a robot behind the camera clicking the shutter.  But I’m not.  I’m an active participant. I want my clients to remember each and every word, every moment and every feeling that was taken the day they exchanged their promises of forever.  
So with that, a special thank you to my 2011 clients for letting me into your lives and allowing me the opportunity to be a part of your journey.
